Booking and cancellation conditions
Bookings can only be confirmed by credit card.
A 30% deposit is required for all bookings of over 3 nights.
The check-in is at 3 :00 pm and the check-out is at 11 :00 pm.
– If cancellation occurs between 4 and 21 days before arrival date, then the hotel will keep 50% of deposit for all stays more than 3 nights.
– The hotel will keep the entire deposit for all cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date. 1 night will be debited from the credit card used as guarantee for all stays less than 3 nights or the entire deposit for all stays more than 3 nights.
– In case of no show, cancellation on the day, late arrival or early departure the customer accepts that the hotel will debit the full cost of the planned stay from the credit card used to book.
