Booking and cancellation conditions

• Reservations are considered firm only on receipt of a guarantee cheque or a bank card number with expiry date.
• The guarantee is equivalent to the cost of the night, or 30% of the cost of the stay if it is for more than 3 days. All bookings made at our reception desk imply that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions of sale and that you are authorised to make a withdrawal in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• Your room is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

• For stays of 1 to 2 nights:
  * Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
  * If cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival, 1 night will be charged.
  * In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged and is non-refundable.

• For stays of 3 nights or more:
  * Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
  * For cancellations between 4 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
  * For cancellations not notified 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be retained.
  * In the event of a no-show, the hotel will deduct 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
